The Gluten-free pizza defense

I'm making another Chebe Gluten-free pizza. I love them. I eat them like potato chips. eek. Yes, the whole pizza. I just put a thin layer of cheese and sliced fresh tomatoes on it.. And I'm thin.

Sooo. The portion information on the box is just some silliness, right? 10 servings at 70 calories each? 700 for the whole pizza without toppings? The pizza dough has the same portion and calorie information as the Chebe All-purpose Bread mix and that just makes 4 sandwich buns...they turned out like dinner rolls when I made them though. I can eat one very quickly. And that would be 2.5 servings at 175 calories, right?

Am I lost in justification-land? I'm not afraid to state my weight but suffice it to say it's appropriate for my height. I don't want to talk about the sodium. Lalalala! I'm not listening!

Wait! It might not be that bad...1100 for the whole 14" pizza. And the carbs? 180 for the whole thing? Justification-land or reality? I knead this dough!!
